Returns

Zephyr Crafts prides itself on giving customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience.  As much as I hope that you will be pleased with any items that you purchase from me, I do appreciate that sometimes returns are necessary.

On receipt of your item, please check it thoroughly.

If your item is incorrect, damaged or defective in some way, please email me 

using the link below with the details and we can discuss next steps.

A request for return or exchange must be communicated within 7 days of receiving your order, and if a refund or exchange is warranted, I will provide you with a return address. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

In order to receive a full refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging.

In the case of commissions and custom orders, photographs will be sent to you prior to despatch in order to ensure you are happy with your item.  Therefore, only damaged custom orders will be considered for a refund.
